Materials Processed

A description of many of the plastic materials used in our extruded profiles, along with their physical properties. The thermoplastics include UPVC, PVC, ABS, PS and HIPS, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Acrylic and Nylon.
In addition to conventional flexible PVC we can now offer Phthalate-free PVC. This flexible material is aimed at the Toy, Baby Product and Medical industries because of concerns over long term health effects of Phthalates.
