Plastic Angles
Plastic angles, in many styles, sizes, colours and materials. Plastic equal angles, with 90 degree right angle or radiused corner; Plastic unequal angles, with legs of different lengths; non standard plastic angles with notches and other features.
Plastic angles are used in many industries, often for corner protection angles, but for other functions such as stair nosing, beading, jointing, edge protection and bumper strip. TP Extrusions hold a range of plastic angles in stock and also detailed are many tools for production runs. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Plastic Tubes
Plastic tube, rigid and flexible, mainly extruded to order in a wide range of materials, sizes and colours, with variable wall thicknesses. Outside diameter (od) of up to 135mm can be extruded. Round tubing, square and rectangular tubing (with square or radiused corners), oval tube, ribbed tube as well as split tubing. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.

Plastic Multi Cavity Planking
Strong, lightweight extruded PVC multi-cavity planking in a variety of sizes and colours, for use as fencing, trailerboards and in the construction industry. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Plastic Strips and Plastic Bars
Extruded plastic flat bars, plastic strips and plastic edgings in a large variety of stock, sizes, colours and materials. The plastic flat bars and the plastic edging strips can be provided with rounded corners for specific uses. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Plastic Furniture Profiles
Our standard plastic extrusion range includes single and double door tracks, screen link, panel joints, plastic channels, corner joints, cable management and trunking. Some plastic profiles are available from stock, some are custom made from existing plastic extrusion tooling. Variety of materials and colours available including some with decorative metallic or woodgrain finishes. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Extruded PVC Poster Hangers
Easysnap and Easyhang are lightweight and versatile extruded PVC snap frames ideal for wall mounting and ceiling hanging posters and displays. Made to order, these innovative plastic profiles can be supplied with adhesive tape and slide hangers. Extruded Plastic Binder Bars, the more traditional poster hangers, are also shown and either made to order or from our stock plastic extrusions range. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Extruded Plastic Channels
Our extruded plastic channels include a variety of clip-on edgings, single sliding tracks, double sliding tracks and some more specialist channels, which are predominantly used in furniture manufacture. We have a range of extruded channels in our stock plastic extrusion range and we also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Extruded Plastic Label Holders / Ticket Strips
Extruded plastic Label holders, extruded ticket strips, extruded data strips, extruded shelf strips, extruded price holders and extruded EPOS strips, made to order either open or with a protective cover, usually in a clear plastic material suitable for Point of Sale viewing and scanning. Huge variety of label sizes accommodated, from 8mm to 146mm, many different leg and clip fittings, with self adhesive tape or magnetic strip optional. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
Custom Plastic Extrusions / Bespoke Plastic Extrusions
Custom Plastic Extrusions / Bespoke Plastic Extrusions that are designed to suit your application. We can help with your custom plastic extrusion design requirements. Our capabilities include the use of dual-hardness technology, where rigid and flexible PVC are combined in a single plastic extrusion. Extruded Plastic Slatwall Inserts
Available in many different colours, our standard “L” shaped Extruded Plastic Slatwall insert can be slid into position or clipped in from the front. We also offer a custom plastic extrusion option.
