Fabricated Plastic Channels

We supply made to measure fabricated plastic channels that can be made to suit your application using plastic sheet. We offer a variety of plastic sheet materials including UPVC, PP, and Acrylic in a range of thicknesses and in various finishes (including prismatic, opal and frosted).

Generally the fabricated plastic channels are quite large with a minimum dimension of approx. 30mm. The fabricated plastic channels can also be machined or have holes drilled as required.

To enable us to quote, we would need to know the following:

1. dimensions of the profile needed or sketch / drawing
2. length and quantity requirements
3. colour / finish
4. material thickness
5. wording of printing if required
